At the ever-gorgeous Designer Wedding Show a couple weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting sweet and talented Jo Heckett. Her darling works of art caught my eye, and we chatted about all the possibilities for her porcelain pretties at weddings. Have a look at a few here– and then pop over to her shop for more!

One of my favorites on display was a string of porcelain flag mini-bunting for a wedding cake! The possibilities are endless, especially when you make it bespoke!

…of something very BIG {and beautiful} that we’ve been dreaming of, salivating for, dying to see, and pondering ever since it was announced by anthropologie last year. today, an official date for the bridal line {BHLDN} was released! open your calendar, flip to february 14 and write…

anthropologie explains that BHLDN is born of its aesthetics, but is a wholly separate line from its stores and anthorpologie.com.
we’ll be clicking by your side on the very morning of february 14!
thank you anthropologie & BHLDN; we know weddings will never, ever be the same because of you!

This morning, I was delighted to see an email with the subject “Heart Candy” from Felix Doolittle in my inbox. I am a longtime fan of Felix Doolittle’s beautiful, classic, timeless watercolor designs with a definite New England feeling and flair. Simply scrumptious, Felix’s meticulous, precious artwork is right up my alley!
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, they launched a new collection. There are four splendid design sets to swoon over…

Felix Doolittle offers oh-so-much more, so hop on over to see the famous bookplates that Oprah adores, personalized return address labels you can’t live without, recipe cards, baker labels, and even a collection for your little ones {someday}!
From my happy {heart} to yours,

This time of year, it’s impossible to miss all the red hearts, pink envelopes and messages of affection, reminding us to celebrate our love and our loved ones. Something Blue, an Esty seller specializes in “invitations with a twist” and has other fun pieces, too.
Have a look at these customizable designs, perfect for a guestbook table and your fireplace mantle after!

What could be more unique than an invitation with your own fingerprints?
I saved my {favorite} for last.

Handwritten love notes are a big time favorite of mine. As you fill up your envelope, paste your note cards in a journal and create your own little history book, a priceless treasure!
celebrate your love each & every day!

Greetings from Jolly Ol’ England! For those of you who haven’t heard, I followed my heart back here for another adventure. Very exciting opportunities aligned perfectly, and my decision was all too simple.
I can’t thank Aimee and Sonia enough for their beautiful blogs in 2010; it was such a fun year here at Paige One! We’re still working together on special projects, though nowadays they’re focusing on their individual careers, so I will be singing solo on the blog.
Stay tuned for pieces of inspiration, posted at no particular pace or regime, and as always, feel free to contact me if you’d like me to research and share anything in particular.
Despite my current geographical location, business at Paige One Events continues as usual in California. I’m so fortunate to have a business that operates seamlessly across the Atlantic, thanks to today’s technology and a wonderfully trained staff.
Here’s to a truly exciting N E W Y E A R for us all!

Cake toppers are defintely making a come back. One of my most recent brides had a gorgeous dessert bar and each one of her cakes was adorned with a fabulous vintage cake topper. It not only lets you have several “favorites” but it also dresses up your cakes and makes each one just as special as the next.
Tuck and Bonte’s Love Bird cake topper is absolutely adorable! These bird toppers are handmade, dressed in vintage paper with a cute top hat and ribbon bow tie for the ‘groom, and a delightful pearl necklace and veil for the ‘bride’. She is even wearing false eye lashes!!!
The Love Bird cake topper is custom made upon request and can take about 2-3 weeks before they ship.
Happy Cake Topper Hunting!
