It is amazing how little details of your wedding day can slip through the cracks until the very last minute. Your ring pillow being one of them. Now granted it is only centerstage for a few minutes, but why go through months of planning all of your other details and let one of the most pure and heart pounding moments of your day slip through the way side?
5eizen (pronounced 5-E-zen) is another one of my favorite Etsy designers. Irene Lam is the founder of 5eizen. Her own wedding inspired her to create the dazzling line which reflects her style and sensibility. Every one of her products is original, well designed works of art that will pair beautifully with your wedding details.
The ring pillows featured below are just breath taking (I can't even believe I am saying this about ring pillows!) She has over 94 designs and also accepts custom orders...pretty incredible, huh?!

Following our delightful spring afternoon at Kew Gardens, we meandered into a quintessential British tea house, the Original Maids of Honour. For over a century and a half, visitors have enjoyed taking tea here. Featuring its namesake pastry, favored by Henry VIII, it provides a classic English experience.

Bring a little old fashioned England to your wedding festivities! If you're a bride looking for a creative way to honor your ladies, here's a perfect way to do it. Break out your kitschy tea cup collection, throw on a vintage apron, prepare a little nostalgic nosh, and invite your maids of honor over for a royal afternoon of high tea.
Cheers!

When I think of spring, fresh, clean and soft pastels come to mind. Emily from
Timeless Paper has inspired us once again this time with a DIY that sums up fresh, clean and soft. Check out these beautiful paper orbs and poufs that you will be proud to showcase at your next spring soriee. The colors and textures will transform your home or venue into something sweet and amazing.

Here are Emily's DYI steps to create your own tissue paper orbs & poufs:
Step 1: Stack about 11 sheets of tissue paper together.
Step 2: Fold the tissue paper back and forth to create an acordian style fold.
Step 3: Trim ends of the long folded tissue paper to create half circles or points.
Step 4: Pinch the folded tissue paper in the center and twist with a small wire.
Step 5: Spread each layer of the tissue paper to create a pom pom. Repeat on both sides of the wire.
Step 6: Hang with a long pretty ribbon.
Have fun and send us photos of your poms, orbs & poufs!
xoxo~aimee

There's something to be said about the invaluable revitalization that occurs when you escape to the outdoors! I took a stroll through Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens yesterday afternoon to enjoy the dramatic sky and fresh air after several days of rain.
If you're feeling a bit stir crazy, go outside and get renewed!
