About

balancing complete comfort with creative flair

I understand that you are choosing a person to guide you through one of the most important moments in your life. You will evolve from not knowing me to sharing some of your untold secrets. I’ll learn the wedding dreams you’ve had since high school, what makes you nervous and how to keep you laughing when the details mount up.

It is the relationship you and I develop that will infuse the flavor in your wedding, determine your state of mind as the planning rolls along and assure it all unfolds as you have always hoped. Knowing some of who I am seems the best way for you to begin.

I’d like to claim that I had it all planned when I headed out to college (University of the Pacific) but there were elements of luck and destiny that made my decision to major in communication and business management just the right foundation for starting Paige One. I earned my way with hundreds of hours of catering, waitressing, bartending, and all things food and beverage oriented. Graduating with honors reminded me that I was willing to jump through hoops and stick it out through intense demands to do things right.
I’ll learn the wedding dreams you’ve had since high school, what makes you nervous and how to keep you laughing when the details mount up.
An internship at the Wine & Roses resort in Lodi, followed by a job there after graduation as event specialist, inundated me with experience — planning and managing more than 150 weddings and an equal number of corporate and social events. The blend of creativity, people at their best and worst, endless details and lifelong memories either sends you scrambling off into the sunset or is so exciting and enticing that you realize you are fortunate enough to have already found (and thoroughly enjoy) your life’s work.

This monumental realization sent me off to Europe, in search of adventure, flavors of the world, the romance of language skills, and creative inspiration. The trip scratched the travel itch and deepened my appreciation for style and flair. It also spurred me homeward to my roots in the Gold Country of the Sierra with a resolve to build a thriving reputation for epic events, perfectly planned. I invested the months of study and work to earn my wedding planner certification from the highly respected industry leader.

Over time, I’ve built a reliable resource network of the best and brightest in all the fields that serve the wedding industry, and developed a business philosophy true to my heart that serves each client in keeping with their individuality. Please wander my website, I welcome the opportunity to meet with you.
